Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Local Courier Delivery: 1–3 business days within Singapore.

Total Estimated Time: You can expect to receive your order within 5 business days from the date of payment.

2. Local Delivery Rates

We offer local doorstep delivery across Singapore. Applicable shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Singapore to ensure reliable delivery for our local customers.

4. Order Status Tracking

Once your order is placed, you can monitor its progress directly on our site. Log in to My Account > Orders to view live order updates (Processing, Dispatched, Delivered). For buyers who do not have an account with us, you may track your order using the order lookup tool at the bottom of our site.
