Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Period & Eligibility

Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date you receive your order. If 14 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

2. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited automatically to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs initially. If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us, Mozaic Apparels will reimburse the return shipping cost by adding the shipping fee to your total refund amount (credited back to your original payment method) or via PayNow upon verification of your shipping receipt.
